Bathroom and shower available in parking lot. Port rules do not allow bathrooms, porta-potties, functional plumbing or sinks in boat houses. Those amenities can be provided on a boat in the boat house. Current lease runs through December 2026. Port of HR has given notice of non-renewal of leases, at which time boat houses would have to be removed. There is an ongoing effort by owners to renegotiate renewal of the leases.
